The Next Generation
 of Cross Cultural Workers

Alexis hails from Bulgaria and is in her first year of studies at Bethany Global University (BGU). Each time we visit the Bethany campus in Minnesota, we love meeting the new students. Their generation has fresh vision and energy to reach the unreached.

Alexis was adopted from Bulgaria when she was a baby. At age 18 her adoption file was opened and she was able to return to Bulgaria and find her birth mother and a brother she never knew she had. A fairly new believer of just 3 years, her passion is to return to Bulgaria to bring the good news of Jesus' love to 'her people'. Pray with us for Alexis as she settles into her studies and develops community with her fellow BGU students and staff.

Prayer Requests:

1. Pray for Alberta's Equipping Women training in Chiang Mai in October. The registration for attendees has been slow and they will need to decide by July 25 whether to go ahead or cancel. Please pray for more ladies to  sign up for the modules that will be offered in the fall.

2. We have shared stories with you of the gospel work of our Bangladeshi friends Omar and Shana (not their real names) in past blog updates. After the recent burning of the Koran in Sweden, emotions of the predominantly Muslim population of Bangladesh have been inflamed. Pray for safety and wisdom for these faithful disciple makers as they navigate this precarious  time.

Serving Christ with You, Steve and Alberta
