Daniel's Gift to Heather

Little did we know last November, when we made the decision to foster Daniel, that Daniel would be able to make a sizable contribution to Heather's dream to study abroad! When we learned that a semester at Oxford would cost an extra $5000 above her normal college tuition expenses it blew us away. However, Heather really believed that God had opened the door for her to take this step and so we walked in faith with her. Then when we were working with her financial aid counselor at Milligan College,we learned that fostering Daniel had increased our household by one qualifying Heather for a Pell Grant. The amount - $4800. Thanks Daniel - Heather is so excited. She leaves tomorrow, September 3, for Oxford to study Art History.
