Mk Nurse

Back in 2004, Alberta began volunteering in the Faith Academy Health office. This semester she is heading up the nursing staff while her boss is on furlough. Faith Academy has about 600 students, most of them missionary kids (mks) and over 100 staff on the Manila campus. The nurses get called on to take care of everything from the playground cuts and scrapes of the elementary kids to the more serious injuries on the soccer and rugby fields. They also track the students' vaccination records and keep their shots up to date. We have learned how important it is to missionary parents that their kids are cared for, not only in the classroom but also when there is a physical need. Pray for Alberta as she serves the Faith Academy community with her nursing and leadership skills.

Serving Christ with You,

Steve & Alberta
