Megan And Mae

One of the joys we have in living in the Philippines is to facilitate the visits of those interested in learning more about missions or serving in some way. Just a week and a half ago Megan Depree arrived in Manila to serve in any way she can for the next three months. Megan is taking a gap year after graduating from high school to serve three missionary families. She spent two months in Mexico before coming to the Philippines. In March she will head to Ghana, West Africa to finish out her "Megan's Year with the Missionaries". So far, during her first two weeks here she has participated in a medical outreach and volunteered at children's home for abandon kids. This morning she boarded a bus (along with her Filipina companion, Mae Tapaoan) for Isabela province to help out in the Bethany youth camp and at Betania Christian School. Pray for Megan and Mae as they travel and minister together that God would show them His plans for each of them in the future.
