Brother George

Alberta's brother, George Lubberts and his wife Wilma visited us in the Philippines in 2010. When they knew we would be based in Thailand they said, "we're coming - we'll give you two years (from 2012 arrival in Thailand) to get settled and then we'll come for a visit. True to their word, they planned two weeks with us this month. Their plans were last minute as we monitored the Thai protests around the country. It has been great to host George and Wilma and deepen our friendship with them.

Prayer Requests: 

1. Pray for us to find someone to sublet our Thai apt. during our 4 month absence.

2. Pray for our visits around the US March 15 - July 16. We still are confirming dates with some contacts. Pray that we can communicate the importance of pastoral care for missionaries with those we speak to and visit.

3. Pray for our trip to Nepal Feb. 26th - March 10th; safety in travel, a fresh working of the Spirit in and through us as we minister to Christian workers there.
