A Flash From the Past

What a joy for Alberta to get back in contact with one of the girls that attended the boarding school where she served as assistant dorm parent and nurse. Rosanne Bindner was 9 when she first met Alberta at Kabala Rupp Memorial School in Kabala, Sierra Leone, West Africa. It has been 20 yrs. since Rosanne and Alberta have seen each other. Rosanne is now married to Derek with two small children of their own. How encouraging to see an Mk (mis. kid) that is a healthy resilient follower of Christ. Thanks Facebook for bringing us together! 

ServantCare

Shortly before we left Thailand we ran across a hospitality service set up to host Christian workers in their travels around the country. ServantCare administers about 100 homes throughout the US. We reserved 6 nights (4 down and 2 to go) and have been encouraged by the generosity and spiritual depth of the people caring for us. Our hosts provide supper, a place to sleep and breakfast before we are on our way to our next destination. Thanks Lord for this great provision for our travels.

Prayer requests from Ontario Canada: 

1. Pray for our ministry in King's Chapel, Clifton, VA April 26-27. We will be sharing from the Word and about our work 4 times this Sat. and Sunday.
2. Pray for continued safe travels - we've racked up 4000 miles so far.

3. Pray for Krista's graduation May 10. Both of Steve's sisters, Nancy and Kathy, and brother in law Fred will be able to attend. We are looking forward to family getting together.

4. Pray for new churches and individuals to join our financial support team.
