On the Road Again!

Heather and Krista use to tire of our jokingly saying "its time to get on the road again" as we traveled the country on deputation visits. Well, we're at it again! We are on the last leg of a 4500 mile journey that began in Bloomington MN on June 17. We first headed to Chicago where we dropped off some belongings we will need as we move into our housing at Wheaton College. Then it was on to Auburn Indiana to visit Church of the Good Shepherd and friends in the area. Next we traveled to Bowling Green Ohio to visit former missionaries to the Philippines who are now pastoring a church there. After that we headed to Johnson City TN where we met up with Heather. We dropped off some of Krista's things since she will study at Milligan along with Heather this year. Then we as a family traveled on to Washington D.C. and Ontario Canada. In Canada we loaded several boxes of personal items given to Alberta by her mom, who has recently moved into a beautiful senior housing facility. Then it was back to Bethany and on to North Dakota. We are so thankful for the loan of a utility trailer which has allowed us to move our things around the country. As we complete this trip pray for all our studies. That's right - all of us will be doing some form of study. Alberta plans to seek part time employment but will also begin on line studies to advance her nursing credentials. We thank God for His faithful provision for all of our needs as we strike out on this new adventure of faith.
