With our ELIM retreat behind us we traveled to Bowling Green, OH to visit long time friends Chris and Glenda Boggs. Our friendship goes back 20 years to their itinerant evangelism ministry in the Philippines. Chris invited Steve to speak at the church he pastors, Sonlight Christian Assembly. It was inspiring to see the vision this relatively small church has for missions. Their 'mission board' proudly displayed 10 pictures of the missionaries they support. We were glad to see our faces up there!
By the way, we thank God for Skype - a great way to stay in touch with our kids while we are on the road.

Pray for us as we share in a 5-7 minute segment in the Church of the Good Shepherd this Sunday in Leo, IN. May God continue to develop this church's heart and commitment to missions.
Pray for us as we travel to Wheaton, IL on Monday Sept. 26. We will be meeting with leaders at TEAM to discuss how we will be relating to them in a pastoral care capacity for their missionaries.
