Among the Norvegians

Its the tail end of harvest season in the Red River Valley of North Dakota. We have been able to present missions and our future plans for pastoral care ministry to Ebenezer Free Lutheran Church and Northwood Community Bible Church. We spoke at NCBC's annual missions fund raiser and the Lord brought in enough of a financial harvest to fund their missions budget for the next year. We've also been involved in a prayer breakfast and sharing at Bible Studies.

We would ask for prayer for Steve's mom - she was hospitalized yesterday and will probably need surgery in the next couple of days to deal with a bowel obstruction. We will be staying in Northwood until her condition stabilizes so pray for us and the travels that we have planned as we adjust to meet the needs of our family.
