West Coast Update
Greetings from Concord, CA. Alberta is winding up her emergency trip to be with her mom after surgery. She will rejoin me in Los Angeles on Saturday night. Our friends from Community of Grace Church missed Alberta as did others along the way.
After leaving Seattle, I traveled to Portland, connecting with Paul and Toni Auble who were some of the founding members of the Bethany Philippines Team that we served with. We also visited the Baliton family in Portland, friends and former co-workers in the Philippines. From Portland I traveled to the here in the San Francisco bay area.
Tomorrow I will be visiting an old friend from my maritime days. Miles Rice, 72, was in a motorcycle accident and is in intensive care with a broken neck. Would you pray that the Lord would guide me as I visit with Miles and family members. Miles and I have been friends for 40 years.
