A Restful Environment
Our time in Japan went quickly. We had lots of informal time meeting with people in beautiful settings such as this. Karuizawa was put on the map by a Christian worker named Shaw back in the late 1800s. Now it has become a vacation spot for the wealthy of Japan. We have noticed that God delights to provide restful environments like this for his Kids. We connected well with TEAM workers and now have new relationships to build on.
Krista's Camp Experience
Krista worked at Sandy Hill Camp this summer (center at the back in picture) as director of their creative arts program. She just returned to Tennessee where she has about two weeks to prepare for a semester abroad and spend some quality time with her sis. She will be heading to Oxford, England for the first semester of her Junior year. Pray for safe travels for her and her fellow Milligan College student, Megan, as they head out August 31. Pray that the Lord will bless her with great educational and cultural experiences. Pray also for new acquaintances to become lasting friendships.
Other Prayer Requests:
Pray for the Lord's anointing on us during our times of sharing from the Word. Pray for our health, safety during travels and good relational connections with the workers during the following trips.

2. Sept. 10 - 15 - visiting workers in Delhi India
3. Sept. 19-29 - visiting workers in two locations in China
