Departure and Re-Entry
"Our bags are packed and we're ready to go!" We leave on that jet plane in about an hour. USA here we come! Our condo has been sublet for one of the two months we'll be gone - the plants will be happy about that!
The multiple re-entry permit pictured above is a wonderful tool for us as we travel to many countries here in Asia. Alberta spent 8.5 HOURS at immigration waiting for this one, missing the last day of her medical conference. However, the wait is worth it, knowing that we can exit and enter Thailand again as the needs of our organization dictate. It creates great flexibility for us to minister to Christian workers in need.

1) Adjustment to everything USA - time, weather, tall people, many miles of travel, etc
2) Firming up a travel schedule that will take us from Tennessee to Ontario Canada, to Colorado and back again by car.
3) Great family times with Heather and Krista - we'll be spending a week of vacation with them as we celebrate 25 yrs. of marriage!
