Christmas Cheer in the New Year!

The last half of December was a steady rhythm of celebratory gatherings with the various groups we are members of here (co-workers, church, men's group and the Filipino connection). Our little Christmas tree awaits its belated time of revelry - when Heather and Krista join us in about a week's time!

Alberta spent two nights in the hospital - supporting a lady who had just given birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl after a high risk pregnancy. She and her husband were in Chiang Mai from Azerbaijan for the birth of this baby after the last two pregnancies resulted in a miscarriage and still birth.
Mia from Myanmar - Welcome any time!

We also hosted a family serving in Myanmar as they worked on their visa which is good for only 70 days.

Speaking of visas, we are thankful that our 1 yr. visas were again granted. We got in line at 5 am and walked out about 2 pm with visas in hand!

Prayer Requests:

Pray for good connections for our daughters' flights and our time together as a family while they are here in Thailand.

Pray for itineraries to come together as we put the finishing touches on our travel schedule for the next four months. We will be traveling to south Thailand, Turkey, India, the Philippines and then on to the US.

Pray for the Spirit's leading and power as we interact with Christian workers in these countries.

Serving Christ with You, Steve and Alberta
