A Dreamy White Christmas

 

Greetings from Tennessee. We had a wonderful holiday season with Heather and Krista arriving on Dec. 23rd from Atlanta. We were graced with a light fluffy snow Christmas Eve. Christmas day we marshalled anything in the garage that we could use to slide down a hill.  We headed to a friend's place for hilarious trips down the fresh snow. We played games, went hiking and enjoyed holiday movies together. Most of all we just enjoyed being together as a family.   

In our last update we shared a need of "The House of Success", a ACE Christian school in Pakistan. Thanks to those who gave toward this need - we raised $1300 that will cover 3 shipments of ACE curriculum. The school administrators and parents extend their thanks for these emergency funds. 

Prayer Requests: 

1. Pray for the parents of the Pakistani school children who have lost employment because of Covid - to be able to get back to work so they can take care of their families.

2. Heather is in the final application process for her UK visa after having received approval from the Arts Council of England as having "Exceptional Promise". Pray with us that the rest of her visa process will go smoothly.

3. Pray for me and Alberta as we serve as resource persons for a member care course that will be taught at Bethany Global University for the next 10 weeks. We will be engaging in question and answer sessions and forums about the various ways workers in cross cultural ministry settings can give and receive care.
