 A Grand-view of Ghana

One of the missions our local church, Grandview Christian, supports is Ghana Christian mission (GCM)
(https://www.ghanachristianmission.com/). As Wisdom and Enoch Nyador met with our church's mission committee, they shared testimonies of how God is advancing His Kingdom in this west African country. GCM has a broad approach to presenting God's love through Word and deed. Water wells are drilled in needy villages, schools and health clinics are established, and churches are planted - and the Gospel moves forward.
A woman was brought to one of their clinics in a coma. Most government and private clinics would not treat her because they could not be assured of payment. At GCM's clinic she was treated and recovered. She received Christ and invited GCM to her village to begin a Bible study. Now, the village has a growing church. I am privileged to serve on our mission committee as we guide support and encouragement to ministries such as GCM. Pray for Wisdom and Enoch as they travel in the US sharing what God is doing in Ghana and how others can partner with them to advance the Kingdom of God.

Prayer Requests:

1. Alberta and I will be attending a mission's conference (New Wine Skins) in North Carolina in Sept. to help represent Bethany missions training and sending. Pray that God would use us to communicate what is available through Bethany for churches seeking to get more involved in the Great Commission.
2. Pray for Ghana Christian Mission to be successful in their goal to adopt 3 of the unreached people groups (out of 18) in Ghana that they hope to establish churches in. This is part of their 10 year goal and are asking for missionaries (from their churches) to answer God's call.
3. Pray for Bethany as our president, Dan Brokke, retires and hands over the leadership to Dave Hasz. We are grateful for Dan's 20 years of leadership and wish Dave Hasz grace and strength for the years ahead.

Serving Christ with You, Steve and Alberta
