God is Moving Among the Thai People

During a Men's Zoom call this morning with former cross-cultural workers in Asia,  one shared this picture with me. His daughter, also a cross-cultural worker attending the Thai Congress on Evangelism in Chiang Mai, sent it to him.

You may be use to large crowds like this but, in Thailand, it is rare to see groups of Christians of a greater number than 100. God has been moving powerfully among the Thai people. Western cross-cultural workers have taken notice and have been meeting with the Thai pastors and evangelists to learn from them. Even though our ministry did not have us working among the Thai, we often prayed for break throughs among the Thai people. Join us in praying for this gathering that is ongoing in Chiang Mai that God might continue to pour out his Spirit on the attendees and reach many more Thai people for Christ.

Prayer Requests: 

1. Pray for safety and alertness in our travels beginning Friday, April 28.  We will be traveling through June 29. 

2. Pray for Bethany's cross-cultural workers on  furlough that they would find time to join the annual retreat in June. Pray for us    as we prepare workshop material for the retreat.

3. Pray for our ongoing contact with those we re-connected with in    the Philippines. There has been an uptick in calls and emails since   arriving back in the US.
