Dear Family & Friends,

As my (Steve) time in the US draws to a close, yet another typhoon (which has been named Mirinae) is heading for the weary waterlogged Philippines. This will be the fourth in as many weeks and is headed directly for northern Luzon. So am I! We are scheduled to arrive in the Philippines at about the same time - Saturday Oct. 31. I would sure appreciate everyone's prayers for this typhoon to alter course and veer out to sea.

Daniel is back at Gentle Hands orphanage - please continue to prayer for his paper work to speed him along in the adoption process.
