Alberta returned from Honduras rating her week of outreach right up there with the best weeks of her life. The medical, construction 
and evangelism outreach was well organized and very intentional in their ministry to the Honduran people. Back in 1998 Hurricane Mitch passed through central America killing 19,000 people and leaving 2.7 million homeless. Many of those refugees are still in temporary shelters - 13 years later! The Team from Peace Lutheran poured 5 cement floors for homes of the poor. 2500 people recei
ved some type of medical, optical or dental treatment. Over 60 people received Christ during the 5 days of ministry. Thanks for your prayers for Alberta. She came home tired but energized. She's trying to recruit me to go with her next year!
