Moving Up in The World

About six floors to be exact! Our short term sublet apartment offers us a bird's eye view of a part of Chiangmai that is booming with construction. There is no recession in this neighborhood! Our apartment is about 750 sq. ft. - two rooms with two bathrooms. It's double the size of our hotel room so we are reveling in the spaciousness!

The other news is that we have found a vehicle.
It's a 1997 Honda CRV with 85,000 km. on it. Thank you for praying for us for a place to live and transportation. By the way, on our last disbursement notice from Bethany we received gifts that completed our set up fund. Our thanks to each and every one who gave during our deputation travels. Your gifts gave us the freedom to shop for a good used car and be prepared to set up a home once we find one.

Prayer Requests:

1. Our India visas will be granted this week.
2. God will help us establish good relationships with workers from India and Nepal as we meet with them at a conference March 28 - April 1 in Delhi.
3. We would be able to find a home where we can unpack our bags! We'd like at least a 1 year lease when we move from this apt.
