What are the Chances?

Our daughter Krista's college roommate, Angela, decided to do a summer mission trip between her junior and senior year. And where did she end up?  Oh..., just about 15 minutes down the road from us here in Chiang Mai! It was a blast to have Angela and her teammate Tosha overnight to rest up after they bounced around helping with different mission projects here in northern Thailand for the last two months. A movie, popcorn and a couple of hugs helped them close out their time in Thailand upbeat. Pray for these girls as they seek God about the possibility of missions in their future.

Other Prayer Requests:

1. I (Steve) joined the board of The Well (a pastoral counseling center) last month. Pray as we meet together Aug. 6. Lots of changes are ahead for The Well including a move to a new location.  Also, The Well is moving to a new umbrella organization which will result in changes in the legal registration as well as arranging new visas for those who provide counseling services. We, the board, need the Spirit's wisdom in making decisions that will impact counseling services for many throughout Asia in the years to come.

2. Krista is primed to take her driver's test in the next week or two - pray that those butterflies will find some other place to alight! :)
