Furlough Preparations 

Winging our way home soon 

Dear Family and Friends,

Alberta and I are beginning to plan our furlough visits for this year. Since we are your missionaries and you are our support team, we want to check in with you about our plans for ministry during our furlough.

Our daughter, Krista, is graduating college this year - way to go Krista! We plan to take some extra time to be with her for her senior project (an art show), graduation and her move out of the dorm to settle in at home. We also will be attending Team's furlough seminar in the Chicago area in early July.

As a result, we leave Chiang Mai March 14 and have booked our return tickets for July 16. We already have a few commitments interspersed between those dates but also look forward to more opportunities of sharing about the pulse of missions here in Asia. 

We would love to hear from you if there is an occasion we could share our vision for missions with your church, cell group, youth group or whatever kinds of gatherings you are a part of. We may not be able to accept every request but we hope that we can fit in a number of opportunities during this extended time in the US.
