The Missing Leg 

On the eve of our trip to China, I logged in to our travel agency's website to see if we could check in online for any of our flights for the following day. What a surprise to find out that the middle leg of our journey had been cancelled back in Sept. without sending us notice! An eleventh hour call to the travel agent was successful in booking new flights to arrive within 15 minutes of our original arrival time. Whew!

Thailand/Myanmar Annual Conference

Thanks for your prayers as we represented the member care dept. at this Team conference in Chiang Mai just before we left for China. We had a slot to share on two topics with the full group: stress and the qualities of the blessed. It was a good opportunity for us to connect with and debrief the young couple that are pioneering Team's outreach to Myanmar. We also had beginner's luck playing the board game - Settlers of Catan. Where have we been all these years?  

Prayer Requests:

1. We are well into our visit to city A in central China - thanks for your prayers. Pray as we travel by train to city B to encourage a couple using a creative platform for establishing a beachhead for the Gospel. They are not only birthing a new work of God but have recently added a baby boy to their family!

2. Pray as we move on to city C, again sharing on stress and the challenges of working together as a team. We need the Holy Spirit's guidance as we interact with team members.
