Using Creative Strategies to Reach South Asia with the Gospel 

Two of our co-workers in Team, Ned and Wanda (not their real names), have a creative way of reaching South Asians. They make connections with non-Thai people in the market place of Chiang Mai and then disciple those who respond. As a result, they are having opportunity to train more and more non-Thai believers in how to cross cultures and reach out to the people of other nations. In a world where it is increasingly difficult for westerners to get visas, what better way to reach people of countries closed to the Gospel, than bringing people out of those countries and sending them back equipped. Just a few days ago, Alberta and I had opportunity to give an orientation to two non-Thai women zealous to take the Gospel to other lands. We praise God for the ministry He has given Ned and Wanda.  Please pray that it continues to grow in depth and scope to reach many Asian lands.  

Prayer Requests: 

1. Pray for our last week here in Thailand. We have a lot of loose ends to tie up, people to meet, etc.

2. Pray for our time in the Philippines to deepen our relationships with our Filipino brothers and sisters. Pray for Jenny and Rommel as their wedding (April 7) draws near.  

3. Pray for our schedule of travel in the US and Canada to firm up - there are still some details to sort out.
