Last Minute Magic 

Because of a glitch in the registrar's understanding of Alberta's curriculum requirements, she almost didn't get to participate in the graduation exercises of the grad school at Columbia International University. Her department head went to bat for her and did a bit of 'magic' three days before graduation day. With a go ahead from the school, we packed our bags and headed to Columbia, SC for the celebration. 

Thanks for your prayers and financial support that has made Alberta's studies possible. Whether it was online course assignments being sent in from different places in Asia, intensive courses being taken in Bangkok, Atlanta or Columbia (the city 😃) or being on campus for a semester - Alberta progressed steadily through this 3 year journey. Pray for Alberta as she finishes up her last 2 courses, an intensive this month in Columbia and an online one in the fall. 

Prayer Requests:

1. Alberta will travel to Ontario to attend the interment of her mother's remains and also to meet with the family regarding her mom's estate. Pray for her and her brothers to continue to move through the grief process and deepen their relationships. 
2. Pray for continued meaningful contact with supporters on our furlough travels.
3. Pray for Heather in Scotland as she seeks to develop a clientele in tutoring online as a way to bring in supplemental income. Meanwhile, she is exploring opportunities to work in the theatre.
