When Friends are Friends Forever

When you grow up overseas, you get close to those you grow up with. Anika, Becca and Krista were born within six weeks of each other. They played together on the Bethany Bible School campus in the Philippines and found themselves invited to countless weddings in various roles as they grew up. Just a few weeks ago Becca flew to Atlanta and joined Krista for a trip to Savannah, GA where they were reunited with Anika. We are so glad "the girls" are intent on maintaining their relationships forged in the rural Philippines back in the '90s. 

Prayer Requests: 

1. Pray for us as we share in Northwood Community Bible Church this Sunday on Life's Transitions. May the message of our own experience of God's grace in the major transitions of our lives be an encouragement and help to others. 

2. Pray for God's guidance regarding an interview Heather had today (July 10) to direct an opera in Croatia. She is excited just for the opportunity to interview - May she have favor if this is God's direction for her. 

3. Pray for us as we wrap up our time in the US. We leave July 25th for Chiang Mai and there are a lot of details to pull together (not to mention miles to travel back to Tennessee from North Dakota).
