Long Distance Teaching

One of the challenges of teaching at a distance is being able to see your audience. Without a view of your audience, you are speaking to your monitor and unable to gauge the impact your message is having on your audience, sort of 'flying blind'.

Alberta and I are Zooming in to Bethany Global University in Minneapolis from Tennessee to share member care insights to graduating seniors on topics like stress, interpersonal relationships, burnout and loss. It is rewarding and challenging - especially with the technological hurdles we have to move through. Pray for us as the preparations for these classes add to an already busy schedule.

Prayer Requests:

It is a joy to have Heather with us these days. We praise the Lord that her 5 yr. visa was granted. Now our prayer request is that she would not only find an affordable flight home, but that she wouldn't have to reserve a $2000 'quarantine hotel' in Scotland! Pray for her to be able to follow the govt. guidelines and avoid undo expenses in returning to the UK.

Pray for us as we travel to Atlanta this weekend to spend time with Krista and belatedly celebrate Alberta's birthday.

Serving Christ with You, Steve and Alberta
